  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns.
  • Device Data: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and IP address.
  • Cookies: Essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

  • Service Providers: Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
  • Project Collaborators: Your name, avatar, and comments are visible to other members of projects you participate in. This is essential to the Service's functionality.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Your data is stored on servers managed by Supabase and Vercel.
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • We implement access controls so that only authorized personnel can access your data.
  • While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

5. Your Content

  • You own all content you upload (renders, images, comments).
  • We do not access, view, or use your content except as necessary to provide the Service.
  • We do not train AI models on your content.
  • Upon account deletion, your content will be removed within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • After account deletion, we retain your data for up to 30 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it.
  • Payment records may be retained longer as required by tax and financial regulations.
