Terms of Service

Welcome to Archviz Review. By accessing or using our platform at archvizreview.com and app.archvizreview.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Archviz Review is a cloud-based collaboration platform designed for architectural visualization studios. The Service allows users to upload renders, manage versions, collect visual feedback, and obtain client approvals.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Studio Plan: $29/month or $290/year. Includes up to 10 active projects.
  • Enterprise Plan: $49/month or $490/year. Unlimited projects.
  • Per Project: $9 one-time fee per project. Access lasts 120 days and can be reactivated.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Per Project purchases are non-refundable once activated.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

6. User Content

  • You retain all ownership rights to content you upload to the Service (renders, images, comments).
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share it.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Archviz Review and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
  • We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archviz Review shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
